I wrote something last night but was too hesitant to send it
the pictures that I saw were so gruesome that I could not sleep:

today I went to the television to get some sound effects for a TV spot that I am working on
i was postponing this trip knowing that i was going to see pictures i was not ready to accept
there i was in the archive room asking khaled for sounds of ambulances, fire or people walking on rubbles

i saw women, torn to shreds
i saw pieces of bodies, hands, torsos, legs
i saw a bag written on it "half a man" or "half a child"
I saw another bag written on it body piece
i saw a man carrying a young girl maybe 5 or 6 years old her head bent forward and all her insides hanging out
i saw families with hospital mask sitting by dead bodies of loved ones crying and chanting and whaling
i saw wooden boxes placed against a wall right beneath a number, in a line...
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,........57,58.59.60,..... and it went on and on as far as the eye could see
is this what fighting terrorism all about?
killing children? killing women? innocent civilians
khaled put another tape of another massacre
a UN truck was driving in carrying more bodies wrapped in plastic bags
as they were uncovered, more children only children CHILDREN
i turned my face away i could not watch anymore as tears of anger filled my face
and the israelis dare say that we are distorting the numbers and the reality!!!!!!!????????
the camera pans to catch an old man in total shock, eyes red
he was held back by a group of people as he mumbled in shock: america these are our children
these are young girls young boys these are our children our children
and they say they are fighting terrorism
bush how dare you decide and plan and send those rockets to israel 8 months ago
how dare you plan terrorism and say that you are fighting against it
how dare you try your weapons on our land on our children
how dare you say that israel has the right to defend itself
using the pretext that two &^%$^ soldiers were kidnapped
how dare you stand in front of the cameras with a smile
and give the green light to israel to continue these cold blooded massacres

and torture your thoughts
